Occasion: Ashley’s Birthday dinner

I knew I wanted to wear all black but had no idea what (as I don’t own a lot of it).

So, in a rush to pack and make it to Houston, I grabbed two similar pieces and stated, “I hope this works.”

Fast forward to the night of getting dressed, I had an image of what I wanted to look like.

Simple yet edgy.

I flat ironed my hair and paired the outfit with a soft face and a bold red lip to give it a pop of color. Due to the bipolar weather I added the light denim jacket, in hopes to soften the faux leather and worn off the shoulders to give the illusion it was an over-sized jacket. To really put the edge on the outfit, I added the belt buckle choker and silver hoop earrings.
